He communicates well throughout, following up with attention to detail for a quality and on time product. Greg fulfilled our requests to use our recycled materials and to “over engineer” the project.

We have confidence in their ability to project manage and accept responsibility for the required subcontractors and trades. 

They arrived on time and without the “tradies dog”. Living on site or not, we always appreciated how tidy the site was when their day finished.

We contracted Coenen Building & Construction to undertake two large multi-room extensions to our home.  Despite the challenges of extending an existing house with many unknown piping and foundation arrangements, it was an absolute pleasure working with Greg and his team. Greg is particularly consultative and always ready to suggest very appropriate improvements to finishes and construction details.  His honesty, work ethic and constructions standards are outstanding. Administration was exemplary with accounting and invoicing, always providing clear supporting details. We engaged Greg Coenen and his team to build a studio wing, including an alfresco with full kitchen, at our property. We were delighted with the results. So much so, that as we are about to embark on further renovations, our first call has been to Greg to book him in.
